Job summary

ITproposal B.V. is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch in the Zaanstad area. This is not a full-time role; it offers flexible, task-based assignments across client sites, with hours varying by engagement.

You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac, support end-user devices, and collaborate with SMEs; Dutch with good English, 2–5 years’ experience, ITIL knowledge a plus. Travel and per-assignment pay apply.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in a similar environment
• Language: Fluent Dutch with customer; good English with Service Desk
• Work authorization: Valid right to work in the Netherlands
• Certification: ITIL knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and support Windows, Mac and other desktop software/applications
• Support and troubleshoot End User Workspace hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices
• Record and document requests in the IT service desk system
• Provide advanced-level support for complex issues
• Travel to client sites for onsite backfill/dispatch tasks
