Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for the Eindhoven area in the Netherlands. This is a part-time, flexible, assignment-based role for backfill and dispatch across client sites; no guaranteed hours.

You will install, troubleshoot and support Windows, Mac and EUC hardware and software, travel to customer sites, and coordinate with SMEs. Hourly compensation is a competitive market rate, with travel costs reimbursed according to Dutch law.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar IT support environment.
• Fluent Dutch with customer interaction and good-standard English.
• Valid right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and other desktop software/apps.
• Support End User Workspace hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, conferencing equipment).
• Perform preventative maintenance on devices and software.
• Record, update and document requests in the IT service desk system.
• Provide onsite hands-on support for Client and SME teams.
