Job summary

ITproposal B.V. seeks an Onsite Support Technician (L2) for Zwolle area, providing flexible, assignment-based IT support across multiple client sites in the Netherlands.

You will install, troubleshoot and maintain Windows and Mac environments, hardware, and peripherals while delivering high-quality end-user service on demand. Candidates should have 2–5 years in similar roles, strong troubleshooting, and Dutch-English language skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing, upgrading and troubleshooting Windows and Mac environments.
• Familiarity with desktop hardware and peripherals across multiple brands.
• Knowledge of network basics including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows and Mac desktops and authorized software.
• Support and troubleshoot end-user hardware including printers, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment.
• Provide advanced-level support for complex issues and document resolutions.
• Record and track requests using the IT service desk system.
• Coordinate with SMEs and remote teams to resolve issues across client environments.
