Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch assignments in the Breda area, The Netherlands. This role is not full-time and works on an assignment basis with varying client hours.

You will install and support Windows/Mac desktops, manage End User devices, and assist remote/onsite teams. Travel to client sites is required; remote work is possible where approved.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar IT environment.
• Fluent Dutch with the customer; good English with the Service Desk.
• Valid right to work in the Netherlands.
• ITIL knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows and Mac desktops.
• Support and troubleshoot End User Workspace hardware and peripherals.
• Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on devices and software.
• Escalate to SME or other support teams when necessary.
• Record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.
• Provide onsite hands-and-eyes support to customers at client sites.
