Job summary

ITproposal B.V. is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for the Groningen area in the Netherlands. This is a flexible, assignment-based backfill/dispatch role across client sites.

You will install, troubleshoot and support Windows, Mac and related hardware, manage End User devices, and collaborate with SME teams. Travel between sites is required; hours vary per assignment and there is no guaranteed minimum.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years IT onsite support experience.
• Fluent Dutch with good English.
• Right to work in the Netherlands.
• Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and software.
• Support End User workspace hardware and peripherals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document requests.
• Provide advanced-level support and escalate as needed.
• Record incidents in the service desk system.
• Travel to client sites as assignments require.
