Job summary

ITproposal B.V. is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for the Breda area in the Netherlands. This role is backfill and dispatch based, with no guaranteed hours and assignments coming in as needed.

You will install, troubleshoot, and support Windows, Mac, and EUC hardware and software on site at various client locations. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of relevant experience, Dutch and English language skills, and are able to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a similar IT Onsite/End-user support role.
MBO/HBO level education or equivalent practical experience.
Fluent Dutch with the customer; good-standard English.
Valid right to work in the Netherlands.
Knowledge of ITIL is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and end-user software/hardware.
Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment on site.
Provide advanced-level support for complex EUC issues.
Onsite hands-and-eyes support for Customer/OEM SMEs across client sites.
Record, update and document requests in the IT service desk system.
Collaborate with SMEs and other teams as needed.
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
