Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch work in the Leiden area. This is not a full-time role; assignments come as needed and hours vary by client.

You will install, troubleshoot and support Windows and Mac endpoints, manage peripherals, and coordinate with SMEs. Travel to client sites is required, with travel costs reimbursed under Dutch regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in a similar environment.
• Language: Fluent Dutch with the customer; good-standard English with the Service Desk.
• Education: Relevant MBO/HBO level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Work authorization: Valid right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and any other authorized desktop software/applications.
• Install, support and troubleshoot End User Workspace hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, video and conferencing equipment.
• Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on devices and software.
• Follow and execute SME instructions and provide advanced-level support for complex issues.
• Provide onsite hands-and-eyes support to Customer/OEM SMEs for devices in Network/Compute environments.
