Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch assignments in the Utrecht area, Netherlands. This is a flexible, project-based role rather than a full-time position.

You will handle onsite support tasks across client sites, with duties spanning Windows and Mac troubleshooting, hardware support, and collaboration with SME teams. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of related experience, holds MBO/HBO level education, and speaks fluent Dutch with good English.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar environment
• Relevant MBO/HBO level education or equivalent
• Fluent Dutch with customer; good English with Service Desk
• Valid right to work in the Netherlands
• Knowledge of ITIL is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and other desktop software/applications
• Support and troubleshoot End User Workspace hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, conferencing equipment)
• Perform general preventative maintenance on devices and software
• Follow SME instructions and escalate to other teams when needed
• Provide advanced-level support for complex issues on EUC hardware/software
• Provide fleet rotation and VIP support
• Support remote Desktop Engineering teams on packaging, distribution, image management, MDM, security and virtualization
• Provide onsite hands-and-eyes support to SMEs in Network and Compute environments
• Take ownership of issues, perform analysis and implement fixes
• Record, update and document requests in IT service desk system
• Maintain high level of customer service
