Job summary

Google Cloud in Barcelona is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound growth for Benelux, identifying technical pain points and mapping them to GCP solutions.

You will conduct high-volume outreach to C-level leaders, manage deals in Salesforce, and work toward quarterly SQO targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This full-time role includes relocation support, a modern seafront office, and ongoing training to fuel career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven outbound IT cold calling experience.
• B2B lead generation with CRM tools (Salesforce).
• BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Map technical requirements to Google Cloud Platform solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce.
