Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Business Development Representative to drive outbound sales in the Benelux region from Barcelona. You will contact C-level prospects, map technical needs to GCP offerings, and generate SQOs to expand Google Cloud's regional footprint.

You will engage in outbound campaigns, leverage CRM data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quarterly targets and growth. The role is in a modern seafront office with training and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Languages: Dutch (C2) and English (C1) proficiency.
• Experience: Proven track record in outbound IT cold calling, B2B lead generation, and CRM tools.
• Technical & regional knowledge: Cloud computing understanding with GCP preferred and Benelux market dynamics.
• Education: BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Discover business pain points and map technical requirements to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce CRM.
