Job summary

FH Collective Academy in Barcelona (hybrid) seeks a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud products to engage Benelux B2B prospects and map technical needs to GCP solutions.

You will conduct high-volume outbound outreach, qualify opportunities, and contribute to SQO quotas while collaborating with Salesforce CRM and cross-functional teams. Relocation support and private health insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Dutch as native/near-native (C2)
• English proficiency (C1) both written and spoken
• Proven outbound IT cold calling and B2B lead generation
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
• BA/BS degree or 20+ months of relevant practical experience

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Discover business pain points and map technical requirements to Google Cloud Platform solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce CRM.
