Job summary

FH Collective Academy seeks a Business Development Representative for Google Cloud products in Barcelona, hybrid. You will proactively engage B2B prospects in the Benelux market, identify technical pain points, and generate SQOs to expand Google Cloud's regional footprint.

The role requires Dutch and English proficiency, experience in outbound IT, and CRM familiarity; relocation and health coverage are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Dutch (C2) and English (C1) proficiency.
• Experience in outbound IT cold calling and B2B lead generation.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls and email campaigns to C-level decision-makers.
• Discover business pain points and map technical requirements to Google Cloud Platform solutions.
• Achieve quarterly SQO quotas and daily/weekly outbound KPIs.
• Manage accounts, pipeline, and customer insights in Salesforce CRM.
