Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch across The Hague area in the Netherlands. This is a project-based, non-guaranteed-hours role with assignments arriving as needed.

You’ll troubleshoot Windows and Mac, support end-user devices, and collaborate with SMEs to resolve complex issues. Travel between client sites is expected, with remote opportunities possible depending on assignments.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT onsite support experience in a similar environment.
• Fluent Dutch with customer; good English for Service Desk.
• Ability to travel to client sites and work on assignment basis.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and other desktop software.
• Support and troubleshoot End User Workspace hardware and peripherals.
• Document requests in the IT service desk system and provide escalation when needed.
• Provide priority support for VIP users and collaborate with SMEs.
