Job summary

ITproposal B.V. seeks an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for the The Hague area. Work is on backfill/dispatch basis, part-time and assignment-based, not guaranteed hours.

You may work remotely for other tasks while providing onsite support as needed. The role involves installing, supporting and troubleshooting Windows, Mac, and EUC hardware; travel to client sites; and collaboration with SMEs. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT onsite support experience.
• Fluent Dutch with customer; good-standard English with Service Desk.
• MBO/HBO level education or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and any other authorized desktop software/applications.
• Install, support and troubleshoot End User Workspace hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, video and conferencing equipment.
• Perform general preventative maintenance on devices and software.
• Follow and execute instructions provided by SMEs.
• Provide advanced-level support for complex issues regarding End User Workspace hardware, software and applications.
• Provide onsite hands-and-eyes support to Customer/OEM SMEs for installing, supporting and troubleshooting devices in the Network and Compute environment.
