Job summary

ITProposal in the Amsterdam area, The Netherlands, is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch assignments. This is not a full-time job; work is on an assignment basis with hours varying by client.

Qualifications

• Strong IT fundamentals across networks, hardware and domains.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS and end-user troubleshooting.
• Fluent Dutch with good English for service desk.
• Right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and peripheral devices.
• Provide onsite hands-on support to client sites in the Amsterdam area.
• Perform preventative maintenance on devices and software.
• Record and document requests in the service desk system.
• Provide executive/VIP user support and collaboration with SMEs.
