Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch assignments in the Haarlem area of the Netherlands. The role is part-time/assignment-based with no guaranteed hours and is not a full-time position.

You will handle on-site support across client sites, with duties covering Windows/Mac troubleshooting, hardware support, and coordination with SMEs. Travel and flexible hours apply, with compensation per assignment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar IT onsite role.
• Fluent Dutch with customer; good English with Service Desk.
• Valid right to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and authorized desktop software.
• Support and troubleshoot End User Workspace hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, conferencing equipment).
• Record and document requests in the IT service desk system; provide first-class customer service.
