Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill and dispatch work in the Apeldoorn area of the Netherlands. This is a flexible, assignment-based role with no guaranteed hours and travel to client sites. You’ll assist with Windows/Mac, hardware, and remote support tasks as part of a larger IT service team.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in similar roles, Dutch language fluency, and the right to work in the Netherlands. Rates are assignment-based and vary by client.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in a similar IT onsite support environment.
• Fluent Dutch with customer-facing English in service desk context.
• Valid right to work in the Netherlands.
• Knowledge of ITIL/IT service management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows and Mac desktops and software.
• Support End User Workspace hardware: desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and conference equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and follow SME instructions.
• Provide advanced-level support for complex issues and VIP users.
• Document requests in the IT service desk system and ensure timely resolution.
