Job summary

ITproposal B.V. in Haarlem is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for flexible, project-based backfill and dispatch across the Haarlem area. The role is not full-time and assignments come in as needed, with no guaranteed hours.

You will install, troubleshoot and support Windows and Mac desktops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware, while coordinating with SMEs and remote teams to ensure smooth service delivery across client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in a similar IT support environment.
• Education: Relevant MBO/HBO level IT education or equivalent.
• Language: Fluent Dutch with customers; good English with Service Desk.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac desktops and authorized apps.
• Support End User hardware: desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, AV equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on devices and software.
• Follow instructions from SMEs and provide advanced-level support for complex issues.
• Provide onsite hands-and-eyes support to install and troubleshoot in client environments.
• Accurately log requests in the IT service desk system and maintain customer service quality.
