Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is assisting an international insurer with two Customer Service Advisor roles in Amsterdam. The role focuses on handling customer, broker and insurer inquiries, with growing claims responsibilities and training provided.

Two language tracks: Norwegian + English, and Swedish + Norwegian + English (Danish/Swedish/Finnish beneficial). 35 hours weekly, onsite in Amsterdam, with a quarterly bonus and structured onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage deadlines.
• Solutions-focused mindset and confident handling difficult conversations.
• Availability to work 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer and stakeholder enquiries by phone and email
• Managing claims from notification through investigation and assessment
• Building relationships with customers, brokers, insurers, and suppliers
• Prioritising workload to meet deadlines, while supporting colleagues when needed
• Communicating claim status clearly to customers and insurers, and escalating complex cases when appropriate
• Identifying ways to improve processes as the team continues to automate repetitive tasks
