Nordic Jobs Worldwide is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative in Amsterdam to support travellers with bookings and inquiries. The role includes a paid training program, a seven-month contract with long-term opportunities, and a hybrid work model with two days from home.

You will join an international team, assist passengers by phone, use CRM systems, and continually develop product knowledge through training and collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO level 4 or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Previous experience in customer service or call centre is preferred.
• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with complex computer systems.
• Team player with an international mindset.
• Flexible, service-oriented and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers via phone with questions about bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs.
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries.
• Handle special requests and complex cases with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Use reservation and CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
• Deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously develop product knowledge through training and cross-skilling.
