Assurant in Amsterdam is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Claims Associate to join our hybrid team, with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. You will assist customers with claims for lost, stolen, or damaged devices, guiding them through the process with clear, empathetic support.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service to German speaking customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Support customers with questions about their insurance cover, claims, and connected devices.
• Guide customers through processes and provide clear, accurate information.
• Investigate claim information and make fair, evidence-based claim decisions.
• Accurately maintain customer records and case information across multiple systems.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.
