Job summary

Nordic Jobs Worldwide is assisting a client in Amsterdam seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Swedish or Norwegian and English. You will handle passenger inquiries, bookings, and loyalty programs in a fast-paced travel environment.

The role offers paid full-time training (8 weeks), a seven-month contract with long-term opportunities, hybrid working (two days from home), travel allowances, a pension plan, and continuous development in an international team at a modern Westerpark

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and/or Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum MBO level 4 or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or call center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers via phone with bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs.
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries.
• Handle complex requests with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Use reservation and CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
• Deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously develop product knowledge through training and cross-skilling.
