The role offers a paid training program, a seven-month contract with long-term opportunities, 25 vacation days, and a hybrid work model with two days from home. The position sits in a modern office in Amsterdam (Westerpark) with international colleagues and ongoing training to develop product

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call centers preferred.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Able to navigate complex computer systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with international mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers via phone with bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs.
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries.
• Handle special requests and complex cases with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Use reservation and CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
• Deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously develop product knowledge through training and cross-skilling.
