Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Strategic Account Executive in Amsterdam to lead multimillion-dollar Medtech deals within the Benelux. You will develop executive-level value cases, partner with cloud providers and SI firms, and guide teams to deliver data & AI outcomes that accelerate adoption and bookings.

You will build trusted relationships with C-level executives and technical champions, drive utilization, and align with global strategy to maximize impact in the Medtech market.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to large global enterprises in Medtech or manufacturing
• Proven track record of managing complex sales campaigns in high-growth Enterprise software
• Experience with value-based selling and executive engagement

Responsibilities

• Co-develop a business plan with ecosystem partners to accelerate usage and bookings in the Medtech sector
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-impact data and AI use cases and demonstrate value on the Databricks platform
• Drive customer transformation with strategic partnerships, professional services, and executive engagements
