Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Named Core Account Executive for Health Insurance to drive growth in the Benelux region from Amsterdam. You will sell complex data and AI solutions to enterprise customers, guiding cross-functional teams and partners to accelerate adoption and bookings.

You will articulate the value of the Databricks Data + AI Platform and manage executive engagements across the customer landscape. You will collaborate with Sales Directors and ecosystem partners, co-develop business

Qualifications

Experience selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.
Proven ability to manage and lead federated sales campaigns in major accounts.
Background in Data/CLOUD industries with technical sales exposure.
Track record of exceeding quotas in high-growth enterprise software.
Experience driving consumption and commit-based engagements with services and training teams.
Experience co-selling with cloud vendors and GSI partners.
Ability to build champions and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of account planning and robust sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Value Selling).

Responsibilities

Co-develop a business plan with team and partners to exceed consumption and bookings goals.
Lead teams, customers, and partners to identify impactful data/AI use cases and prove value of Databricks platform.
Drive data and AI transformation through partnerships, services, training, and executive engagement.
Develop deep product understanding to build trust with executives and technical champions.
