Job summary

Amstel Hotel Amsterdam is seeking a strategic Revenue & Reservations Manager to lead revenue initiatives for luxury guest experiences. You will shape pricing, inventory and forecasting, while ensuring seamless reservations across channels.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and the IHG Revenue team, manage a reservations team of three agents, and leverage Opera, Excel and Power BI to turn data into decisions. Excellent communicator with hotel systems experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in revenue management with hotel ops or reservations.
• Strong analytical mindset turning data into decisions.
• Proficient in Opera, Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI and GRS a plus.
• Excellent communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on knowledge of hotel systems and market intelligence tools (STR, Amadeus, etc.).
• Organized, proactive, commercially minded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term revenue strategies;
• Analyze data to guide pricing, inventory, and forecasting decisions;
• Support commercial planning and performance with insights;
• Optimize the hotel’s presence across distribution channels;
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and IHG Revenue team;
• Lead and manage reservations team of 3 agents;
• Use IHG tools and systems to deliver results and ensure brand compliance.
