Job summary

The Amstel Hotel Amsterdam is seeking a Revenue & Reservations Manager to lead revenue strategies and ensure seamless guest reservations. You will analyze data to guide pricing, inventory, and forecasting, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and the wider IHG Revenue team.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in revenue management within hospitality, strong communication skills, and hands-on knowledge of hotel systems and market intelligence tools such as STR and Amadeus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in revenue management, with experience in hotel operations or reservations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions.
• Skilled in Opera, Excel, PowerPoint (Power BI and GRS a plus).
• Proven communicator who can influence across teams and senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on knowledge of hotel systems and market intelligence tools (STR, Amadeus, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term revenue strategies.
• Analyze data to guide pricing, inventory, and forecasting decisions.
• Support commercial planning and performance with clear, actionable insights.
• Optimize the hotel’s presence across all distribution channels.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and the wider IHG Revenue team.
• Lead and manage the reservations team consisting of 3 reservations agents.
