Amstel Hotel is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join the luxury hotel’s commercial team in Amsterdam. Collaborate with the Director of Sales to craft strategies that drive profitability and guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have hospitality education, luxury sales experience, and fluency in Dutch and English, plus strong networking and presentation skills. Full-time, onsite role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality or related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be sociable, proactive networker with local community links.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business for the hotel across Europe (corporate, MICE, entertainment, gov).
• Provide market intel and feedback to the Director of Sales from calls and visits.
• Develop and execute proactive sales action plans per the business plan.
