Job summary

The Amstel Hotel Amsterdam is seeking a Revenue & Reservations Manager to lead revenue strategies, pricing, inventory, and reservation operations within a luxury hospitality setting. You will drive data-informed decisions to maximise occupancy and yield while upholding brand standards.

You will manage a reservations team of 3 agents and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and the wider IHG Revenue team, using Opera, Excel, and Power BI to turn data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in revenue management.
• Experience in hotel operations or reservations is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term revenue strategies.
• Analyze data to guide pricing, inventory, and forecasting decisions.
• Support commercial planning with clear insights.
• Optimize the hotel’s presence across distribution channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and the IHG Revenue team.
• Lead and manage the reservations team of 3 agents.
• Use IHG tools and systems to deliver results and ensure brand compliance.
