Job summary

The Amstel Hotel Amsterdam, a landmark of luxury hospitality since 1867, seeks a Revenue & Reservations Manager to lead our revenue strategy and optimize reservations.

You will analyze data, set pricing, manage inventory, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and the IHG Revenue team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in revenue management, with experience in hotel operations or reservations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on knowledge of hotel systems and market intelligence tools (STR, Amadeus, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term revenue strategies.
• Analyze data to guide pricing, inventory, and forecasting decisions.
• Support commercial planning and performance with clear, actionable insights.
• Optimize the hotel’s presence across all distribution channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and the IHG Revenue team.
• Lead and manage the reservations team of 3 agents.
