Job summary

De L'Europe Amsterdam invites applications for a Reservations Agent to join our Reservations team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, and manage individual and group bookings with precision while promoting rooms, dining, and experiences.

We seek a guest-focused professional with strong communication skills, a keen commercial sense, and excellent organization to ensure a seamless guest journey in a fast-paced luxury environment. Dutch is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or a guest-facing role in luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
• English fluency; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Process individual and group reservations, amendments, cancellations and requests.
• Provide information about rooms, restaurants, facilities, experiences and promotions.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Maintain reservation details in the PMS and relay guest preferences to departments.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Revenue, Sales, Guest Services, F&B, Events and Front Office.
