Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Reservations, Front Office, or guest relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Commercial awareness with upselling opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple requests with high service level.
• Experience with hotel reservation or property management systems is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and guest enquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide personalized recommendations and assist guests in selecting rooms or experiences.
• Ensure reservations are entered accurately and guest preferences captured.
• Maintain up-to-date reservation records and guest profiles.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Guest Experience and other departments.
• Assist with special requests, VIP arrangements, and pre-arrival planning.
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Follow up on reservations, cancellations, modifications, and no-shows.
• Maintain warm, professional, and personalized guest interactions.
