De L'Europe Amsterdam is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and share knowledge about our amenities and Amsterdam.

You will coordinate reservations and room assignments while handling guest questions with professionalism, collaborating with all departments to deliver Original Amsterdam Luxury.

Flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and hospitality experience are preferred to join our luxury team.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
• Provide personalised recommendations and information about Amsterdam.
