Job summary

Johnson Controls in Europe is seeking an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth of our Digital Workplace solutions across Europe. You will win new enterprise customers and lead strategic account plans from prospecting through to contract signature.

This role requires strong consultative selling, multi-stakeholder leadership, and the ability to present to C-suite executives. Fluency in English plus another European language is preferred, and some travel across Europe will be

Qualifications

• Experience selling IWMS, Digital Workplace or Workplace Management software to enterprise organisations.
• Proven track record of exceeding new business sales targets.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Win new enterprise customers across your assigned European territory.
• Build and execute strategic account plans for high-value target organisations.
• Develop relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders.
• Lead complex, consultative SaaS sales engagements from prospecting through to close.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Product, Marketing and Delivery teams to create compelling customer solutions.
• Understand customer business objectives and position solutions delivering measurable value.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and executive briefings.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and emerging customer needs.
