Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven success in technical, solution-based, or consultative B2B sales.
• Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets with complex relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence decisions at multiple levels.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English and Dutch; French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in the Benelux market.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to increase market share and opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Position Johnson Controls as a trusted advisor with compelling presentations and insights.
• Drive early project engagement and specification influence for Fire & Security solutions.
• Collaborate with regional Data Center, sales, engineering, and project delivery teams.
• Manage opportunities and plans using Salesforce, Altify and CRM tools.
• Support pre-bid, bid, and post-bid activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers.
