Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Data Center Strategic Account Manager to drive growth across the Benelux region. You will develop executive relationships and execute strategic account plans to expand opportunities while engaging with hyperscalers, consultancies, and end users.

Lead opportunities across pre-bid to post-bid activities, collaborating with regional data center teams, engineering, and delivery to achieve successful project outcomes. Fluent English and Dutch are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or Technology.
• Proven success in technical, solution-based, or consultative B2B sales.
• Strong ability to influence decisions at multiple organizational levels.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in Benelux.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to increase market share and engagement.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business while supporting existing growth.
• Position Johnson Controls as a trusted advisor with compelling presentations and insights.
• Collaborate with regional data center teams, sales, engineering, and delivery for project outcomes.
• Manage opportunities and customer interactions via Salesforce, Altify, and CRM tools.
• Support pre-bid, bid, and post-bid activities to strengthen engagement.
• Conduct business reviews and strategic planning with key customers.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform strategy.
