Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate our Digital Workplace business across Europe. You will identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and guide complex SaaS deals from first conversation through contract signature.

This role focuses on new logos across Europe, requires strategic account planning, multi-stakeholder sales, and fluent English plus other European language; travel across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling IWMS, Digital Workplace or Workplace Management software into enterprise organisations.
• Strong track record of exceeding new business sales targets.
• Experience managing complex SaaS sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to engage and present to C‑level executives.
• Travel across Europe as required.

Responsibilities

• Win new enterprise customers across Europe.
• Develop strategic account plans for high-value targets.
• Build relationships with C‑suite executives.
• Lead complex sales engagements from prospecting to close.
• Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Product, Marketing and Delivery teams.
• Forecast and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Represent the company at meetings and events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
