Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience within SaaS companies.

• Strong expertise in ITSM focusing on enterprise-grade IT operations.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Advisory Services to provide exceptional customer service.
• Partner with customers to solve business challenges using Atlassian solutions.
• Identify opportunities for service and product expansion.
• Create technical solution content for customers.
• Spend up to 30% traveling for events.
