Job summary

Atlassian is hiring a Principal Enterprise Architect for Advisory Services Delivery. This individual contributor role focuses on ITSM and High-Velocity Service Management, delivering strategic guidance at scale to enterprise clients.

You’ll own outcomes, align product capabilities with business goals, and influence multi-team engagements across Atlassian ecosystems. You’ll help customers unlock value from Atlassian investments, work across global teams, and travel up to 30% to meet clients and

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience within SaaS companies.
8+ years in customer-facing roles engaging with stakeholders from technical to executive levels.
Subject matter expertise in ITSM and enterprise-grade IT operations.
Deep experience in Atlassian's System of Work and delivering value at scale.
Experience with Rovo, Agentic AI, MCP or similar AI integrations.
Fluent English; second language (Spanish, French or Portuguese) a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Advisory Services to align on strategic outcomes and deliver exceptional service.
Partner with customers to solve business challenges using Atlassian products and practices.
Identify opportunities for service and product expansion within client organizations.
Cultivate deep industry and solution expertise, staying current with best practices.
Lead complex engagements using a System of Work approach across multiple Atlassian areas.
Drive global internal initiatives affecting Advisory Services and partner organizations.
Delegate to Solution Consultants while owning client outcomes.
Develop innovative technical content and tailored enablement for the team.
Engage across Atlassian to deepen adoption and drive meaningful outcomes.
Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally for events and client engagements.
