Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in the Netherlands seeks an experienced ServiceNow specialist to lead ITSM/ITBM/ITAM/ITOM implementations. You will guide a team, architect solutions, and ensure robust, scalable platform performance across modules.

Required 8–12 years in ITSM administration with 5–8 years focused on ServiceNow, plus ITIL process expertise. The role is based in Utrecht and involves on-site collaboration with business units.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of ITSM administration/implementation in medium to large organizations.
• 5 to 8 years of ServiceNow administration, implementation and configuration in ITSM/ITBM/ITAM/ITOM.
• Experience in ITIL process definition and integrating solutions.
• Led multiple ServiceNow implementations across modules.
• Strong design, architecture input, and platform customization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ServiceNow resources across implementation, integration, data transfer and development.
• Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet IT needs.
• Apply web programming practices to build robust ServiceNow solutions.
• Advise on options, risk and ITIL impacts; communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide training and direction to the Platform team; support platform upgrades.
