Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch with customers; good English for service desk.
• 2–5 years of IT onsite support or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and other desktop software
• Install and support end-user hardware: desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, video conferencing equipment
• Provide advanced-level support for complex issues
• Respond to assignments as booked; various clients in Arnhem area
• Record and document requests in the IT service desk system
• Travel to client sites by public or private transport
• Maintain high level of customer service
