Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an IT Onsite Support Technician (L2) for backfill/dispatch in the Rotterdam area. This is a flexible, assignment-based role, not a full-time position, with hours varying by client and task.

Typical duties include installing and troubleshooting Windows and Mac endpoints, hardware maintenance, and direct user support. Travel to client sites is required; compensation is per assignment with travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• MBO/HBO level education or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Fluent Dutch with the customer and good standard English with the Service Desk.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows, Mac and other desktop software.
• Install, support and troubleshoot End User Workspace hardware such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and conferencing equipment.
• Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on devices and software.
• Follow and execute instructions from SMEs; escalate to other teams when necessary.
• Provide onsite hands-and-eyes support to Customer/OEM SMEs for devices in Network/Compute environments.
• Take ownership of issues, document requests, and use IT service desk systems.
