GSM - Green SM is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to support daily operations and keep systems running smoothly from Amsterdam. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, helping internal teams, drivers, and customers resolve problems quickly.

Responsibilities include setting up laptops and accounts, tracking tickets from issue to resolution, and documenting common solutions to improve future support.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Help Desk / IT Support / Technical Support
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Basic knowledge of systems, networks, and troubleshooting
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for systems, applications, and devices
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
• Track and manage tickets from issue → resolution
