Russell Tobin is seeking a Greenlight Expert/Customer Support at the Amsterdam Greenlight Hub. You will be the face of the client for driver and delivery partners, providing in-person and digital support to help them onboard and succeed on the platform.

This on-site, 1-year contract role involves troubleshooting accounts, payments, trips and documents; educating partners on policies and best practices; and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex cases.

Competenze

• Dutch and English language proficiency required.

Mansioni

• Provide in-person and virtual support to driver and delivery partners at the Greenlight Hub.
• Help partners with account setup, document verification, and onboarding.
• Troubleshoot issues related to accounts, payments, trips, documents, and app functionality.
• Educate partners on Uber policies, product updates, and best practices to succeed on the platform.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive environment within the Greenlight Hub.
