Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing technical vehicle issues and driver operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the driver and vehicle fleet.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and insurance claims.
• Monitor service quality, revenue performance, and team productivity.
• Manage and train new drivers and support performance recognition programs.
