Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an IT Support Engineer to assist staff with hardware and software issues and to maintain IT infrastructure. You will troubleshoot, manage user accounts, install software, configure networks, and handle service tickets to ensure minimal downtime for staff.

The role requires fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus. You will be based near our EMEA office in the Netherlands and join a global technology team dedicated to reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a technical desktop support role preferred.
• MBO in IT related fields.
• English is required, Dutch is a pro.
• Service oriented.
• Lives relatively close to the Super Micro EMEA office.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure new laptops and desktop computers.
• Provide excellent customer service to users including responding to and resolving requests related to hardware and software assistance, telephony services, account creating and entitlements, and other general IT support.
• Setup and install computer peripherals like monitors, network printers and scanners; Responsible for Hardware/software installations.
• Identify and troubleshoot network issues.
• Windows AD administration.
