VIKTOR, a growing high-tech scale-up in the Netherlands, seeks an Interim Recruiter to manage recruitment across 4–6 roles, collaborating with the Head of People and hiring managers to move fast while maintaining quality.

The role emphasizes screening, sourcing, stakeholder management, employer branding, and process improvement, with hybrid work and at least one day per week at our Rotterdam office.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting within a complex SaaS environment.
• Background in or affinity with engineering recruitment.
• Comfortable running multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-moving scaleup.
• Strong communicator who can align stakeholders without losing momentum.
• Based in the Netherlands, fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
• Available 2–2.5 days per week. Hybrid with at least one day at Rotterdam office.
• KvK registration required.

We are a growing high-tech scale-up with an AI-powered platform used by tens of thousands of engineers worldwide. Hiring the right people is how we get to the next stage. That's where you come in.

As an Interim Recruiter, you'll own the coordination and execution of our recruitment process across 4–6 open roles at any given time. You'll work closely with our Head of People and hiring managers to keep things moving, with speed and without cutting corners on quality. And if you spot ways to make us better at hiring, we want to hear them.

What you will do

• 40% candidate screening and pipeline coordination

• 20% sourcing and outreach

• 20% stakeholder management and process coordination

• 10% employer branding support

• 10% process improvement

Key responsibilities

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience

• Experience recruiting within a complex SaaS environment is a strong plus. You understand the roles, the pace and what good looks like

• A background in or affinity with engineering recruitment is a bonus. You don't need to be technical, but knowing your way around a tech org chart helps

• Comfortable running multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-moving scaleup

• A strong communicator who can align stakeholders without losing momentum on the process

• Not just an executor. You think along and help us improve how we hire

• Based in the Netherlands, fluent in English. Dutch is a plus

• Available 2–2.5 days per week. Hybrid and flexible, but at least one day a week at our office in Rotterdam

• Freelance base: hourly rate between €65–€80, depending on experience. KvK registration required.
