Job summary

VIKTOR, a growing high-tech scale-up in the Netherlands, seeks an Interim Recruiter to manage recruitment across 4–6 roles, collaborating with the Head of People and hiring managers to move fast while maintaining quality.

The role emphasizes screening, sourcing, stakeholder management, employer branding, and process improvement, with hybrid work and at least one day per week at our Rotterdam office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting within a complex SaaS environment.
• Background in or affinity with engineering recruitment.
• Comfortable running multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-moving scaleup.
• Strong communicator who can align stakeholders without losing momentum.
• Based in the Netherlands, fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.
• Available 2–2.5 days per week. Hybrid with at least one day at Rotterdam office.
• KvK registration required.

Responsibilities

• Run screening calls and provide structured feedback to hiring managers and Head of People.
• Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Keep our ATS (Recruitee) and pipeline up-to-date across all open roles.
• Manage job postings and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout.
• Flag and help resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts where relevant.
• Coordinate and execute recruitment across 4–6 open roles at a time.
• Collaborate with Head of People and hiring managers to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
