We’re currently hiring for a 3-month Fixed Term Contract with one of Europe’s leading e-pharmacy brands – and we’re looking for a skilled (Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d) to lead hiring for corporate and office functions.

Hybrid only – your main location will be near Venlo, Netherlands

About the role:

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for roles across departments such as Finance, HR, Legal, Sustainability, and Facilities – playing a key role in growing a digital healthcare leader.

This is a hands-on role that includes strategic sourcing (especially via LinkedIn), stakeholder management, and using recruiting data to drive improvements.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing full-cycle hiring across key corporate functions

Actively sourcing talent and building candidate pipelines

Partnering with hiring managers and improving processes

Using data insights to refine recruitment strategy

Supporting projects that enhance the candidate experience

What we’re looking for:

Strong recruiter with 5+ years’ experience across office functions

Solid understanding of the Dutch market (cross-border DE/NL is a bonus)

Background in e-commerce or fast-paced environments is a plus

Excellent stakeholder management and creative sourcing skills

Fluent in English and Dutch – German is a bonus

Hybrid availability is essential – this is not a remote role
