Balens B.V., part of PIB Group, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator for a hybrid role based in Amsterdam. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling emails and calls, and supporting senior account handlers on more complex matters.

The role requires two anchor days per week in Amsterdam (one on Thursday) with flexibility to work remotely within the Netherlands. Benefits include 8% holiday pay and generous holiday entitlement, plus transport cost reimbursement.

Formación

• MBO-level education or equivalent (UK A-Levels).
• Passion for customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Confident using MS Office and other IT systems.
• Fluent English to a professional standard is essential.
• Insurance experience or qualification is a plus.
